Maxine Ngonyoza is a Professional Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and therefore use it extensively for counselling as well as when facilitating workshops. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques are used to help you change destructive thoughts and behavioural patterns, and to identify your individual strengths and resources which you can use to manage and overcome your weaknesses, challenges and limitations.

Nicolette Meyer is an Employee Wellness Practitioner, a Registered Psychological Counsellor and Life Coach at her private practice on the North Coast of Ballito. She has obtained her degrees through the University of South Africa. These are namely, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Arts(hons), Post Graduate Education and Bachelor of Psychology. She then went on to obtain her life coaching qualification from an institute in the UK who specialise in this field, New Insights Life Coaching.
Leeza Grimett

Leeza Grimett is an experienced English language teacher. She holds a BA degree in English and History, and a BA(Hons) degree in Publishing from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She is Cambridge University (United Kingdom) Certified in English Language Teaching for Adults (CELTA). She specializes in teaching English (written and spoken) using Text-Based Approach (TBA) as well as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) teaching methods.
Fathima Mahomed

Fathima Mohamed has ten years of experience in the education and training sector, both at public and private universities. She is currently completing a Masters degree in Higher Education.
Her expertise extends from communication and team building to personal development and growth. She has facilitated various workshops, and furthermore has attained short qualifications in motivation, leadership, narrative therapy and restorative justice. She is a well-rounded individual and passionate about education and self-development.

Ntsikelelo Ngonyoza is a Chartered Engineer with the British Engineering Council and a Doctoral Candidate in Leadership and Management studies. He currently holds a Metallurgy and Material Science degree from University of Pretoria and a Master Degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering at University of the Witwatersrand. He brings his experience from the Oil and Gas and Automotive Industries where he worked for the Shell & BP Refineries in South Africa, PetroSA GTL Plant and Volkswagen of South Africa and ORPIC in the Middle East.
